All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Be considerate, respectful, and mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants, of the CPAC in Spain 2024 Delegation Trip, CPAC Spain, and other events taking place during the trip. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech; distribution of inappropriate materials; criminal conduct by any participants of the CPAC in Spain 2024 Delegation Trip and related event activities; or any other behavior intended to harass others or distract from the conference. No signage is permitted on the premises without prior authorization. CPAC reserves the right to confiscate any materials and/or remove persons found in violation of this policy at its discretion. Filming for commercial purposes is strictly limited to those with the appropriate CPAC media credentials, and CPAC retains all fair use rights in their intellectual property for any and all commercial filming done during the course of the event. In addition, no partisan politicking is permitted while attending the CPAC in Spain 2024 Delegation Trip. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given for those who are removed from the conference for violating any aspect of the Code of Conduct.
